All work undertaken, Goods supplied and Contracts entered into by Hamble Marine Ltd are subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions.

In addition, the following specific Terms and Conditions will apply to sales made via our internet site:

1> Shipping Details
We aim to process and despatch all orders within 24hrs with most completed the same day.
Our standard delivery will normally arrive in 2 days to most parts of mainland Britain. We regret this is likely to take longer to the Islands plus Central and Northern Scotland. We normally use Hermes, Yodel or CollectPlus; you will be notified which Carrier with the “Tracking Info”. Small/light packages are sent by First Class Parcel Post and will often arrive the day after they are sent.
If you really want your order to arrive within 1 or 2 days, we strongly advise you to use the “Express Delivery” option (where available) but note this does NOT give you Saturday delivery (sorry but our Carriers charge even more for Saturday morning delivery!). If you have any queries about delivery times and/or costs, please ask.
2> Returns Policy
We are happy to Cover all Postage Costs For Faulty/Incorrect Items, as long as they are reported to us within 5 Days after the item has been signed for.
If you have changed your mind about an order, you must let us know within 7 days. You will be required to cover all postage costs. We will not accept returns if the item is not in the original packaging, does not include all the original manuals and accessories etc or has been used.
If any item is returned not in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge you for the reduction in resale value caused directly as a result of it not being returned in its original condition, (up to a maximum charge of the original retail list price for the item).
We advise you in the event of returning goods to ensure that they are properly packaged and you must use a “signed-for” postal service or courier service and where necessary, insured accordingly. We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
3> General
As a seller, Customer Satisfaction is very important to us, as well as our customers. We want all our customers to be happy with their orders. If we have made an error we do apologise. We are only human, let us know so we can rectify it for you. Please do speak with us before you complain to someone else – we will do everything we can to put it right.
We are a UK company and all our items are stocked in the UK and despatched from the UK = no delay for your items to arrive from the other side of the world!!!
